Usually this leads to replays not being synced and in the worst case scenario the ongoing game session can desync as well.

Hopefully we will be able to reduce the amount of disconnects due to connectivity with the ICE adapter.

you can see in line 1691:

But no sim-desync occurred.

This means, you disconnected from "AmeiZen" because of your/his internet connection, or "AmeiZen" crashed or closed (ALT+F4) the game.

This was no desync because of different game files. In this case it was a disconnect.
