Brutus made some tweaks to address the IPv6 issue - pls try again with IPv6 enabled and see if it works now

make sure ipv4 is still turned on when turning off ipv6

do u mean disable IPv6, that disconnected the internet
i disabled the surround sound,
installed in in 3 different places......
no effect

So cant download any maps or mods, can only join simple stock games
got given a set of maps and mods from a "friend" added them, hosted my own game and got this .....
