Static Artillery bug

Since two or three months the static artillery doesn´t shoot anymore. It happens with all factions and only with the Static ones. The mobile artillery shoots as always. The static artillery does shoot one shot when I attack an enemy with it. It doesn´t shoot again when it has reloaded although the enemy is not dead or outrange. For now all T2, T3 and T4 Artillery installations are useless, because i Have to micro them and they are only shooting randomly.
