At this point in time the issue seems to have `magically` fixed itself. Maybe something changed serverside I have not made any changes to my FAF installation nor my internet connection since I originally posted this. The map and mod vault works fine now. I will leave this the post up here in case its relevant to any future problems.

Hello there, getting this error for any map or mod since this week.

Error dialog:

Didn't look like it was resolved by a particular action by the topic starter.

My log does not contain a 'download cancelled' line like in the other topic. I already tried reassigning folder ownership by running FAF as admin and then my normal user again. The disk has 66GB of free space. Obviously restarted FAF and I made sure I was not on an IPv6 connection. My already installed mods and maps seem to work fine without any errors in the client or in game.
