Ok seems like there was some issue with resolving the path to the documents folder
basically the same issue as here

editing the SupComDataPath.lua as described in the other thread did fix the issue

hat dein windows acc name Umlaute oder andere Sonderzeichen?
speicherst du Dateien, welche im Dokumente Ordner landen sollen automatisch auf OneDrive?

Ich habe die Datei aber ich kann das spiel nicht starten und habe einiges schon getestet.
kannst du mir da noch irgendwie helfen.

hast du eine Datei namens "SupComDataPath.lua" im Ordner "E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\bin\"?

Falls nicht, dann versuch erstmal die Spieldateien via steam zu verifizieren (falls welche fehlen, dann sollte steam fehlenden Dateien für dich herunterladen)

nur zur info: die SupComDataPath.lua Datei definiert wo welche Dateitypen geladen werden.
Ohne diese Datei kann das Spiel logischerweise nicht starten
