The same problem and at me. I can't change the password after reinstallation of Windows. At the same time I follow the link from mail, the website faf reports successful dumping of the password (on a green background), but in attempt to come into the account, the system writes that the password or a user name not true. can you help me to reset the password that it was possible to play quietly?

Well yes, you are redirected to the password reset form, but there should be a green message box with
"Success! You have successfully reset your password! Please try to login with the new password."

If you see something different, please tell us.

I have tried four times to reset my password but it never works.
I entered an existing email address and a new password. The site sent me a confirm link via email which I clicked. I then got the same form to reset the password again.

My ID is HeWhoHasBigHump.
Can someone help me resolve this?
