Problems with Joining and Hosting COOP

I had a quick look around for the problem I am experiencing and couldn't seem to find it.

So my problem is when i go to host a game of COOP It will start Preparing Game: Reading File List and then just stop trying to host a game and if i try to join it gets stuck at Preparing game: Downloading A01_VO.nx2

My Custom Game works pretty well and its not my Firewall causing this since iv checked it already and also tried disabling it as well in an attempt to fix the issue.
