So my question is if anyone else ever had this problem, and if not, which version of geforce experience he has.

(kiss)

My settings, I'm using Nvidia NVENC for encoding, works nicely and doesn't tax CPU too much.

I'm using windowed fullscreen together with Game Companion 2.4, I'm just recording the window with OBS.

The next option is to disable FAF from all but core 2 and 3 and run the encoding on cores 0 and 1, and obviously the related logical hyperthreaded cores. You can first try that with Process Hacker to see if it helps.
You should be able to get 25fps, 720p, 1500-2000 bitrate video with decent quality with that config but probably want to give up on the 1080p if you can't get shadowplay working.

One thing that you could do is stream the whole thing you want to record to hitbox, youtube, twitch, whatever you prefer. And then you have the whole stream saved online, without needing the hard drive space to store it and the service can deal with the encoding of the video for you.

What settings are you running and what's your hardware?

Also, what is your performance issue exactly? Is your FA lagging because of streaming or is your stream having issues keeping up?

If the quality of the video is different then obviously there is a difference in the setting you have between the two programs, if you can't find any xsplit might have some kind of automatic quality downgrade in case of insufficient processing power?

FA is lagging because of the recording. It gets down to like 10-15 fps as soon as the game starts while i normally have over 60 fps. The quality of the video depends on my resolution settings. If i set it to 1920 x 1080 it is much better but it will also have the highest lag. If i set it lower, like 1280 x 720 (same settings as Xsplit) the quality is just as good but it will still make my game lag.

i7-4720hq @ 2.60GHz
8,00 GB RAM
GTX 960 video card

I think this should be good enough..

i used to use 1100 bitrate with 18 fps for my OBS setting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rk7CT7Yqylg
now i switched to use Nvidia shadowplay feeature, it is now simply called "share" now and only availabe on relatively new videocards
now i use 9000 bitrate with 60 fps and have even less lag than with OBS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfZaHvqeCK8

I used much higher settings for OBS since they recommended it :P. 30 fps and 2500 bitrate. The resolution of 1920 x 1080 is the biggest problem, but when i try to scale it down it really makes the screen look so bad. I've tried shadowplay as well, but when i enabled it it somehow makes it so that i can't double click anymore which was a fucking nightmare. Yesterday I've had a quick look at it, but because of the recent geforce update a lot of people are saying that shadowplay is bugged and doesn't work.

try simply re-add source after that just in case

that is what helped me defeat black screen, turning off aero on PC made it work, and turning on aero on laptop made it work... it is reallly weird and maybe i am missing something...

also make sure to add game source and not always record desctop source.
also check if it works in windowed / fullscreen, try switching around at least once
