The first thing is that you should watch the replay and have 2. Questions in your mind:

1. Why he won?
2. If i could play it again, what do i have to change to win the game.

And then search after a replay from a top 10 player and copy some stuff from him where you think his bo is better.

And one more thing. You need a master plan for all your games. Thats means, if you play e.g. eots then you have to decide how you want to win the game when it starts. You could go for t2 navy e.g.
Then just spam some tanks and ints and go for fast t2 navy. It's the same for all maps.

Yeah I don't seem smart enough for this game at all. I can analyse myself although I don't do it for replays...they only help in that specific game, I really hate FA now, it causes me a lot of stress when I play it.

It does stress me, too, but i like the satisfaction to win games against higher rated players. I made a lot of progress the last months (about +120 rating i am now at 1170) , but I know with my current technical skills i wont be never better than 1400. I just lack the apm, sometimes i play just without any plan, i am not keeping up and I am not moving towards the goal to kill enemy ACU. That happens often if I dont play fully concentrated, eg if I am tired or if I play more than one or two games per day or if i play while I have to eventually watch over my baby.

So perhaps it helps you and me to play less but fully concentrated, playing more constant and just have fun with winning close games. The other problem I often have is the tunnel vision. It helps to just zoom out more often, scout and analyse the weaknesses of your opponent, so you spent your resources more efficient. So if you eco 5% slower than your opponent but use your resources 20% more efficient you gain easily an advantage.

There is also a huge difference between ladder and team games. I have the feeling to get the same degree worse playing team games than i get better at playing ladder games.

Just put an engy in your land spam build queue and set rally point with move -> attack move, no additinal micro.

Underestimating my opponent by rating, leading to sloppy play.
Self sabotage, which is an extension of the above in that I think to myself "There is not waaaay he can win now" so then I start making really stupid decisions like stopping T3 land spam which is working well (if slowly) and start building Czar which allows him to take the advantage in the land battle, overwhelm my forces and then march into my base all before the Czar is done. That exact thing happened in one of my games.
Not being able to keep up with rebuilding destroyed mexes.
In regards to the above, forgetting that the objective is not to rebuild mexes as quickly as possible, but to take steps to prevent them getting destroyed in the first place.
I should remember to always send troops to my expansions, because that, is without doubt, where he will attack.

A lot of small stuff (like remembering to reclaim) needs to become habit, before it can help. This will help my game to a small extent but overall strategy is what will make the most difference.

on some maps can be opposite, you prioritise map controll to much and enemy just get t3 mexes and wins cause you can't hold your mexes well enought

i have not seen much of your replays, but there are also 2 things like micro and macro....
in case of macro why not just steal BO from Voodoo, Blackheart, or even RA_Amorally, or some one else who have organised bases
in case of micro... not much to say... you may want to just pull back your units and macro meanwhile, then try to get macto "on track" so you do not need to pay much attansion and you just focus more on unit controll...

edit also my cpm grows from 10 to ~60

Zaphod would just spam out facs, get the gun, minimal air, no mex upgrades, no t2. And yes, that IS a skill to get that right.

Anyway I'd start there ... after that, watching TA4Life casts is where you really learn the game.
