foley foed me after 20 minutes of being in faf for my first game and I was still able to join his game after he did that. I love foley very much and would hate that I could no longer play with hime because I LOVE him that much. We are literally best friends now.

The last time I checked, foeing someone should have an effect. If you foe someone, that person shouldnt be able to see your game (obviously only when you host yourself, but that is the case here) in the game list and thus be unable to join it.

Foeing does nothing in the game. It's strictly a client feature.

I was under the impression that things like this were not viewed as a good idea because of the fact the community is pretty small. It's pretty easy to get in one bad game with someone and hit the "perma kick" button and just never play with them again due to inertia.

You probably mean that there should be a ban in your game lobby. So you can either kick or ban

i tend to kick people so they do rejoin in order to connect to people when they don't have an open port
