1) You spot a bunch of auroras (20+), lined up in formation move, idle grey dots on your radar.

2) you select 3 Sera bombers.

3) you shift attack 3 times with your bombers selected, one in a unit on the left, one in the middle, one on the right.

4) press G.

5) all auroras will die at once because the three bombers will attack each one a different target at the same time.

What is the functionality of spreading the orders in the first place? To me it seems like just a way of increasing the amount of eye-spam on the map with additional 'order lines'.

Crotalus made a version of it that expands its functionality (also works with most other commands), could this be implemented?
