It's already in place btw.

New users need 10 posts and 7 days before able to post a link, or a topic with "movie" and the common spam thingies we see here.

If after 7 days, if no post is made, the account is disabled. After 30 days, it's deleted.

Do bots post urls in the topics they make? If so, prevent anyone from posting a link for the first three posts he/she/it makes (Or do we already have that?)

That is true,
but for a popular site like faforever,
which already has a unique anticaptcha ...
I think it does not work

AntiCapcha is a race between bots and hoster ...
reCaptcha is very safe ...
Other solutions are more expensive ...
