units have less vision than what is indicated ingame (talking about the brighter map instead of a range ring)

t1 radar range is not shown accurate

Spent one minute sandboxing it for yourself. If you hold the blueprint, the shown ring is shown at 75

Once you build it, the shown ring is right. But holding the blueprint over an enemy smd is the easiest way to accurately see their smd range.
