imho channel without mods can be very annoying for people who are only able to express themselves in that channel and people are trolling them 24/7...
if you bring back language channels then please make it so everybody can have 2 chats open side by side. Else people will always have to decide for one channel. constant switching is annoying.
that way people would be able to see if action happened in the language channel and then could help or speak with them. else everybody just decides for the one chat with more activity.

You can set a option : enable autojoin or not.

It would be really great to see that channels.

And I don't see any reason not to do it(the community is splitted, but it's normal, some only play 1/2 maps, some only ladder and so on...and even if there are these channels, people won't desert aeolus, clan chats are here and they don't hurt)

People from countries with multiple languages (like Belgium) would have a useless tab open all the time

I confirm, the players not join the language channel manually.
But with AutoJoin i thinks is really better !

I also think language channels are not worth it. Not only do they not get used, but they also "split" up the community a little bit.

I'm pretty sure there is something that indirectly leads to that yes. And certain kinds of speech are banned here. That's why we had (and going to have again...) a member of parliament in court facing charges about something he said outside the chamber... (because inside there is no limit).

haha not enough moderators to go around.... lamest excuse I ever heard. wtf you need moderators for anyway? I'm pretty sure the world is not going to end just because someone in the swahili channel calls someone a kumb*fu and there are no moderators around to kick him.
