if you mean the other db then you're in the wrong thread - this is spooky9s thread

PLEASE

As for spacing, alignment - thanks for the feedback, I'll keep it in mind.

It might be nicer if all equivalent units (eg 4x mml) ..
... were on same row.
... could be compared with a single click (not 5 clicks)

On compare screen, would be nice if sections of compared units were vertically aligned together. (eg: weapons section of both units has same y coordinate)

I love that you can search by category

I'm using a 1280x1024 screen. Then Seraphim and selection buttons are displayed below Aeon. Could you implement a horizontal scrollbar in stead?

dont use a black background-image, just change
background: #000 url(../img/background.jpg) no-repeat 0 0;
to black or a dark grey. That doenst hurt my eyes so much
background-color: rgb(32, 32, 32);

use different bg colors for each faction like theese ones:

UEF
background-color: rgb(0, 16, 48);

Cybran
background-color: rgb(48, 0, 0);

Aeon
background-color: rgb(0, 48, 0);

Seraphim:
background-color: rgb(255, 224, 160);

would still say 3 selected/compare, but the units I originally selected are no longer highlighted.

that's a bug - will fix :)

Base is actually the term used in the blueprints and it's shorter than Buildings, so I'm going to leave that ;) TX is my idea, and though it's shorter than EXP it does seem like a worse choice - will change, but I'm not doing "Experimental" though ;) that's a mouth full

maybe theres a way it can keep the selection highlighted until you "unselect them"?

on that note, maybe a small tickbox in the corner of the image if you want to compare, and a simple one click if you want to look at one unit?
I think that's better than ctrl clicking (as ToDo proposes).

ps, I prefer "Buildings" to "Base", and "EXP" to "TX" :P

the interface is also looking good, stylish and easy to use.
all it needs now, is all the other important stats and facts that unitDB uses...

when that's finished, you've created something fantastic!!! well done, im really impressed.

I also hope your system is easier to update when new patches are released with changes to these numbers.
FM.

This is how the current official DB is, and I like this way better. The only thing you need is to make it deselect properly. :)
