Ok sorry I've misunderstood the problem. I will try to fix it.

Somehow the open GL window remembers the size it was opened at. It might help if you set that size to a very small one.

The open GL window probably don't support multi screen, I doubt I can do something about it.

First I open FAF and maximize it on my main-screen (1920*1080):

Than I drag it over to my secondary screen (1280*1024), it cuts of the content of FAF:

This does not happen when I directly open it on my smaller screen, even if I drag it to the big one and back to the small one it looks fine:

the cut off effects all tabs, however it only happens after GW was opened.
