Just asking, what will be new benefits to higher rank commanders cause now you can have all tech on 3-5 ranks

also Zep always counting ranks form 0 however in gw thouse ranks counted from 1

(drone(1) bla bla bla, private(1) bla bla bla)
i do not say you have-to change something, you can just say that attack cost = (rank-1)*100 not rank*100
