It's normal. During a server restart, nothing count.

Yesterday i defended a planet (think it was 155 or 83) successful.
I killed the Opponent.
afterwards i couldnt connect to GW anymore. Probably the Server was under maintenance.
Today when i logged in i saw. tha i didn´t receive a VictorAnd No credit for time.
I still have only 2 Credits...
