you gain battleexperience/honor/ from fighting long battles:

So you loose xp if you recall before 10 minutes. It can happen that you loose your rank then.

The ranks should base not on wins but on battle experience.

about the same should be the cost to team up for a player. How the cost is dsitributed beween players could be discussed further

What if additional players don't come with their ACU, but with some free reinforcements and engies instead?

Or Alternative, nerf the ACU a lot, and give it additional health/dmg per rank, so only a rank10 ACU is as strong as a normal one now.

It's not like you HAVE TO use 3 ACU every time either. It's a decision to make, not an obligation.
