The cybran rank 8 attacked today ... but i realy don't knwo who it is. I only know it's not Zock, also ROCK wasn't online.

TAG_Rock for cybran and Exivo for Sera locks rank8 and didn't show up for months.
Would it be complicated to put them back at rank 7 after 1 month of unactivity for exemple.

For the moment i only see uef getting an active rank 8 player.

(btw the number of wins for ranks got changed recently?)
