That's probably the issue that need reporting, yes

Post as many logs as you can about it. Preferably all players logs, with time, planet UID, ....

I don't know if this was the failure u search for. The game started but showed just a black screen and in the background the message pops up that fa is already running.
After i close fa my attack is stopped.

Another weird thing must have happened before, I need to know what.

It can only happens when a game failed to launch or before launch.

can't defend again

After i stopped an attack(65) to defend(145) it first told me the team was full then that i was still in battle.
There were 2 attackers.
I reloged and tried to defend again the loading bar just shows up and disappears again.
That happened a few times then i got a win.
Afterwards the loading bar still is showing and tells me that iam still in battle when trying to defend.
