Try to doubleclick on the attack-charge-count (not on the map) right underneath your name and rank.
(the bar there)
Maybe stop the attack then.
Also try to remove the button available for battle.

Stuck at planet 96 for a week

Cannot initiate another attack or def. action, because I'm listed as being engaged at planet 96 and cannot disengage. Been like this for a week. Can still buy reinforcements and battlements.
