if i push alt+f2 there are already 8 "players" so no my support gw faction thingy as far as i see
EDIT: so if you play 2v2 with map that have civ neutral and civ army only 2 more support AI's fill in so only 2 players get reinforcements in that case. Just push alt+f2 in game and see
