He just means that he trying to "attack" that planet, not defend, if the message is always same, then it is not the bug
(i know it is unrelated, but i just want to say that this planet was undefendable/unattackable for like 4 hours or even more, after i tryed to defend it once, and i was not able to attack or defend anything after that )

The message is not a bug, it means that the game is launching for someone else.

i was trying to defend it while it was more then 50% cyb, and i can't attack anything else anymore

Not really sure if this is a bug or just a confusing message.
I was trying to attack a planet. Same planet was under attack. The button says attack, the message says this will be defended - a bit confusing.
