Full screen optimization maybe is option in windows 8 or/and 10

Thank you anyway, it seems that I don't have an option of "disable full screen optimization" under the compatibility tab in the property，it's so strange! I have to seek for other solutions

I updated my win7 system， then Editor runs normally.

Its ok, Editor requires 64bit system and graphic card supporting DX11.

I found this on blizard forum:

My graphic card is NVIDA GeForce GTX 960, is it ok? And I updated the graphic driver just now. But the same error came again. I have no idea now.

here is the error:

Couldn't switch to requested monitor resolution
Details:
Switching to resolution 1920x1080 failed, trying lower one
All resolution switches have failed
Screen: DX11 could not switch resolution (1920x1080 fs=0 hz=0)

the operating system of my pc is win7, is it compatible with the editor?
