Some t2, t3+ balances

Some t2, t3+ balances

I propose a balance to t2, t3 and scu's. This balance would make it so that t2, t3 and scu's move faster, so that there's less bumping around when they are assisting something. The speed would not include t1 engies, so the early game would remain the same, but a slight buff for t2s, and more increasing buffs for t3s and scus. Also, scus build time and cost should be reduced slightly, so they are more viable later in the game. This is aimed to help quicken long, drawn out games and give people more of an option to go for experimentals and other t3 stuff. I am quite new, although i do have some experience in supcom and supcom FA, after watching a few games I thought this might be a good idea. I welcome any feedback, weather you want to agree with me or beat me up.

makem them faster wont reduce the bumping, i guess it will even increase it.

Increasing the acceleration and turn speed will, however, decrease the time it takes to resolve their bumper cars issues... the only question is how much... 50% or 5%.... no way to tell XD
