FAF server update 2018-07-30

Alright so we have had a server update, and it looks like things are working pretty well! We have had a downtime of a few hours during the maintenance but now services should be back up and running.

Here is the changelog for those who are interested:

Website:
• New league tab in competetive (preparations for Rowey’s galaxy resistance league)
• Translations of privacy policy and terms of use (french and russian)
• General spelling & grammar improvements
• Fix for leaderboards statistics

Server:
• Update geoip databases for more accurate flags
• Update on policy server

API:
• Preparations for tutorial-maps
• Permission fix for avatar management
• Fix leaderboard bug where some players did not show up
• Fix for loading of achievements
• Maintenance update to Spring Boot 2 and Elide 4.3 (includes several query bugfixes for rackovers web tools)

Database:
• New tables for league system master data
• Added tables for new permission system
• Some maintenance changes
