Build 36, balance changelog:

Structures:
T2 PD:
Mass cost = 510 (from 530)
Rateoffire = 0.39 (from 0.38)

T3 Static SAM:
Health and Max Health = 10500 (from 9000)

T3 Heavy artillery installation:
INO2302:
Elevation = 200 (from 300)
Weapon (I know it's the value of the building that matters, but this is for clarity)
Damage = 5000 (from 5500)
DamageRadius = 6 (from 5)
Firing randomness = 0.25
MinRadius = 175 (from 150)
MaxRadius = 750
Muzzle velocity = 55 (from 62)
Rateoffire = 0.11 (from 0.1)

INB2302
Defense = 10 000 HP (from 15 000)
Economy:
Mass cost = 80 000
Energy cost = 800 000 energy
Buildtime = 28000

Weapon:
Damage = 5000 (from 5500)
DamageRadius =6 (from 5)
MinRadius = 175 (from 150)
MaxRadius = 750
Muzzle velocity = 55 (from 62)

Rate of fire of AA weapon = 1.1 (from 1.2)
Rate of fire of artillery weapon = 0.145 (from 0.15)

Surface threat level = 1.5 (from 1)
Range = 28 (from 30)
Firingrandomness while on the move = 1.3 (from 1.25)

T2 EMP tank:
AOE = 1.2 (from 1)
Max Radius = 30 (from 28)

T3 mobile AA:
Health and Max Health = 2200 hp (from 2000)
Speeds = 3 (from 2.8)
MaxRadius = 50 (from 45)

Beamer:
Speed = 2.7 (from 2.8)
Turn rate = 50 (from 85)
Damage = 450 (from 500)

Crawler:
Mass cost = 22000 (from 23000)
Removed Air layer for the fusion missile so that it can't fire fusion missiles from a Comet.
Speed modifier on water removed (was 20% slower like other hover units before)

Bullfrog:
Size Y = 3.6 (from 2.6)
Mass cost = 28500 (from 31000)
Energy cost = 360000 (from 400000)
Buildtime = 21000 (from 20000)
Plasma weapon:
damage = 2000 (from 1600)
Muzzle salvo = 2
Initial Damage = 500 removed
Speed modifier on water removed (was 20% slower like other hover units before)

Air Units:

T1 air transport:
mass cost = 90 (from 100)

Torpedo gunship:
Name changed to Vangard
torpedo range = 30 (from 25)
muzzle salvo size = 3 (from 2)
projectile per on fire = 3 (from 2)
reload = 0.15 (from 0.2)

Fighter Bomber:

Bombdropthreshold = 4 (from 1.5)
- Rocket weapon :

ASF:
Health = 2250 (from 2200)
damage = 70 (from 72)

Comet:
Max air speed = 10 (from 8)

firing randomness = 0.3 (from 0.35)

thx for that sniper tank nerf.. as the usual 1v1 UEF victim i like that change
