t1 medium tank

i'm a bit worried about their t1 medium tanks, as far as i can see...

they got 3.6 speed, that means it's almost as fast as a mantis, and ways faster than an aurora
"just" 260 hp, is compensated by the higher dps of 27.3
hover
no significant difference in costs, no change for vision or range, they're just turning a bit slower

what i'm about is, they're almost equal strong to the other tanks, while combining the high speed of a mantis with the hover ability of the auroras
i know they're a bit slower on water, but the ability to hover from one island to another is a huge advantage, even with a 20% speed reduction

my suggestion:
as they should keep the hover ability (in the spirit of the nomads, where almost anything can hover or sink), and they can't afford to lose hp/dps or they'll be annihilated in t1 fights, i suggest they should lose some of their speed. the aurora is down to 3.1 speed, and i think something like 3.2 or 3.3 would be fair for these tanks

with a speed of 3.2 you'd never catch an aurora.

They got 3.6 speed when they lost 10 hp, but they got the hp back (otherwise, it's impossible to defeat seraphim that can one kill them wih their bombers) they can get their initial 3.5 speed (= 2.8 on water).
