Build 55 balance changelog:
Naval:
T1 Submarine : back to 500 HP (from 575)
Frigate : AOE increased to 1 (from 0.3), like other frigates
Destroyer : depth charge weapon removed, mini-railguns can now hit naval units, each one does 40 DPS (100 damages every 2.5 seconds), each projectile can kill up to 100 torpedo damage. This is better underwater capabilities than UEF Destroyer but worse than other 3 Destroyers.
Air:
T2 air support factory fixed (can upgrade to t3 support air properly and build t2 engineers even if there is only air HQ and no land HQ)
T2 and t3 gunships flare nerf : less flares, and reload time increased to 8 seconds (from 6)
T2 fighter / bomber : depth charges added = 6 bombs doing 250 damages with 2.5 aoe on underwater units only (replaces normal bombs against them).
T3 bomber dropbug fixed
Land :
The speed multiplier over water was applied twice (due to a FA engine bug), now the 20% speed nerf is properly applied only once (instead of 40% unintended).
Crawler cost reverted to 24 k mass (from 18 k)
SACU : fast combat preset reintroduced with a single gun on each arm and the speed upgrade
