suggestion - Being able to tag people

It would be really nice to be able to write a short message about someone that only you can see. This feature could not be abused as only you can see it. Yet if someone is a sore loser, just a pain in the ass, has a slow computer, or is a nice guy you would like to play with again then you could tag them as such and try to avoid playing with them or play on there team. And these messages about people could be editable in the leaderboards section when you click on there name and should show when they join a game you are in by the server PMing you in the lobby or something.
