Stupid Question: How can I stop a Billy?

When the acus send a acu I don't know stop it, how can I do that? I try use antinuke but I don't have success

The Billy is a kinda "advanced" Tactical Missle. So TMD works fine (rather 2 than one, I think the Billy Missle have some more HP than a normal Tactical Missle).
Even better: Loyalists Just send it back to the ACU

Billy is a tactical missile so you need tactical missile defense. Alternatively, shields can also repel the missile by absorbing the damage.
