This is hideous and puts a ton of strain on your eye and is hard to read

I don't see how someone could support this change.
If you're a dev, sure, its probably some nice coding fun.
But from a UI standpoint, its a flat downgrade. I never had issues with eyestrain but it's clear it's hitting a huge amount of players.

Please show the players you actually care about making the client "better"?
