"Messed up" Cybran icon

"Messed up" Cybran icon

Hi there,
I noticed the Cybran icon in the in-game chat got a little messed up (see grey areas around it). How did this come to be? Surely it's easily fixable?
What file format do you need? I prolly could provide a clearer icon.
(Hope noone takes offense in this. I am sure it didnt occur on purpose)
