I mean this guy has youtube channel where he and his fellows smurfing for a long time using multiple accounts, intentionally balancing his games against newbies.
Is there any solution for these scumbags ruining other players' games?

Yes. file a report to moderators. either by private message from this website or pm in the faf client. Also, even if I also hate smurfs especially those who brutalize noobs (why are we distinguishing? that's basically a smurf's definition) it's against the forum rules to witch hunt, so refrain form public posts of this sort.

almost all games was balanced... or super balance me or other ppl, and i dont play for assasination for easy win or somting like easy snipe wins for rating. and many times losse. you dont know russian and you cant undestand whats happen ther who balance. many games it me for one side and super for other and some rundom ppl for both sides.

game get ruined be disconects or rage quit give up thinks.

make new rules. you cant play with "smurf" >>>

last non public stream lyuker balanced me. he have some 2 random ppl and i have 2 friend but low skill. so it was balanced very good 40 min game.

What he meant was he has many accounts and script that can change displayed rating to balance any game to 100% so ofc that his games are always balanced.

To get back on topic, as I already replied in PM, we're working on the problem, better detection of smurf accounts. But I won't specify any details for obvious reasons.
