czar and eye of rhiannon bugs?

Last night in a game I built two czars that couldn't produce planes. I realize they can't build while moving, but is it that they can't ever build after I've moved them?

I also built 3 eye of rhiannon's and they didn't work. I suspect the eye of rhiannon issue was that I toggled the first one I built off instead of targeting an area to view, and then it wouldn't work after that no matter what combination of buttons I pressed.

Is there some sequence of events that I should avoid?

You need like 20k e storage to use the eye.

CZAR should be able to build planes.
Building planes kinda acts like an order to CZAR, if you give anoter order, plane-building will be canceled
also make sure your czar is not above other structures or units, that might be one reason why he can't build

agree with FtX about eye, not sure how much power exactly, but when eye starts working it needs to consumbe like 5k power or so in one moment. It prevents people from changing eye looking point to many times very fast, scouting whole map for 10 seconds witch would make it OP.

And thank you both for telling me about the E requirements for the eye. I was in the back air position (I did a horrible job if you're wondering) on Seton's and probably didn't build energy storage since I didn't need the overcharge.

as far as i know, currently if you give czar a move order it will automaticly cancel his build queue and start moving, so it would be beneficial to wait unit some unit will get build to 100% (But not sure what happens if you queue shift+moveorder while czar is building something )

NO u need 15K to run 3 eyes to see who u against
