A possible fake id:ciboi

Hi guys, a player named ciboi(or called F3AD9B for some reason in my replay vault) in my game while ranked 200 seems to be playing way better then even the highest ranked 1100 and 900s in the game, it seems that the player is potentially fake for being way too pro.

You should to pm this to a mod instead of putting it openly on the forum
