scathis range bug?

Hi all,

I played a game on Shards as Cybran lately and the game went to the point where I needed a gameender. As far as I remember from the time I was actively playing the game (when FA came out), the Cybran had the Scathis as gameender weapon, i.e. you build this arty and it can shoot all over the map for high damage. But he Scathis I built had a range that could just cover a little more than my own island! Anyone else experiencing this? btw. the mavor seems to work correctly and covered the entire map (I got an uef engineer in that game afterwards and built the mavor as gameender then).

that was changed afaik. Scathis no game ender no more^^

What is the Cybran Game ender, then?
I waited ten years for Supreme Commander (1997-2007)
and have not a single day felt disappointed with it!

It was classified as game ender in vanilla, and it's the vanilla stats.

That said, on a 20x20 or smaller map it's still a game ender.

And you can always build more nukes.

ya sure it has a small range now but its also kinda cheap just 65k or so and its kinda impossible to stop it with shields so if you get it in range it ends the game

Now it is quite useless, even on a little map like high noon, the scathis can't fire from a side to another.

Errr... On one base, you can fire from any other one..

It's not like it was useful before. (must I've seen it ... well.. never.. even on phantom games..)
