Thanks for the hard work on the 3619 patch. It seems there were many significant changes, but the patch notes mention only some of previous values when listing changes. This makes it difficult to gauge the impact. For example, is the Soul Ripper more or less expensive now?
Also, in the forum notes I read all T3 land units are now 20% faster to build, but the patch notes mention none of this. Is this change still made?
