Reclaim Mod

I have a question and i cant find it on google
I've seem some replays and some of them had a counter of how many mass was reclaimed by a player in the top left. Where can i find this mod? As this is really usefull

install GAZ_UI. It has the possibility of activating the "reclaim" window. yet this is not the standard setting for it.

I could have sworn that that was part of Supreme Economy? Either way it's a great mod so you should get it too.
