OMG V cheating replay

Summary :
Mapman (ThinkTank, cocky username for him) trashed me calling me a cheater
TA4Life, some "expert" apparently confirmed the cheating/exploiting

Exploit, or "alleged" exploit : some sort of power cheating

"Proof" :the attached replay at 9:40

Can anybody with brains explain to those 2 the basic mechanics of the game, and explain them why :

1 ) I paused my eng building the 3t1 pgen (useless pgen)

2 ) why I don't have power issues

HINT : team feeding
HINT special for mapman : feeding works automatically even WITHOUT asking

TA4, falling for mapman bullshit, really ? Dude ... WTF ?


I'm not sure if this will stay unlocked, but after being trashed like that in the main chat, I want some public explanations

the energy reclaim ( e per second ) did NOT change significantly at that time when ichi was reclaiming the t2 pgn, and the RAS upgrade finished perfectly at that point of time, also the teammates had energy overflow and ichi was probably the only one with empty storage, ofc the energy income must be amazing

i don't see a cheat/glitch/hack/whatsoever here

I have to admit I didn't understand the power overflow cause this doesn't happen normally.

But I didn't go into crazy explanmations. I fucked up my own build and i didn't eco as fast as usual. So I thought I had too little mass compared to usual, explaining the useless 3rd t2 pgen.

But when I watched the replay again , after mapman trashed me (And is still doing in the main chat btw, even after my explanations of the facts), then I realized why i wasn't short on power

There's a glitch though. The pgen should go away because i have 4 t1 eng (maybe 5 , dont remember) that I mismanaged and were still building that useless pgen when the others were trying to reclaim it.

Still that doesn't make it an exploit, nor did it boost my ress in an abnormal way (the mass reclaim did though)


EDIT : BTW TA4Life, seraphimnut or w/e you're being called nowadays, after the private message you sent me accusing me of cheating too, I would appreciate some apologies. Let's see if you're man enough to do that. If you're unhappy about it, suck it, your fault of trusting mapman's bs

Interesting that you assumed that I was accusing you of cheating, maybe its because of stuff that thinktank said. I watched the replay, it looked weird to me, but I just didn't have the time to figure it out at the moment.

My pm to you was something like, "That was some bullshit with those paused engies at 9 min with the t2 pgen"

I never actually said you were cheating to either you or thinktank, I did say I saw your reclaim go up by 2000 while the weirdness was going on.(shared resources don't go into the reclaim tab) I hadn't watched the replay enough to be sure that you didn't get that reclaim somewhere else.

If people watch the replay, they should keep in mind that the cybran on rock had 1k+excess power.

I am sorry if I do not accept to be called a cheater. I guess you enjoy it . And BTW I have most of the time a shit attitude *in game*, true that, but that has no remote relation or whatsoever to the probability of cheating. I think.

That being said, clearly no secret exploit has been revealed. Surprising

1. There is no evidence of cheating occurring in this replay.

2. Anyone who assumes that it's easy to use some type of "resource hack" in a multiplayer environment to begin with clearly has a terrible understanding of how the simulation functions.

3. Anyone who believes that another player is cheating should PM the Moderators group on the forum.

4. If one chooses to skip this step, and instead begin harassing them, publicly or privately, one is likely to receive punitive action.
