For English at least, I'm with the FCC on this matter. (And with the Senate and House of USA, by the way.) i.e.: A "f%kc you" game should be banned, but a "f#cking brilliant" game is ok, for example.
(Complicated, I know, but what can I say, we should follow the wise rules, and grammar matters.)
I am of the opinion that FAF hould have as little to do with what individuals find offensive as possible. If a game title is realy offensive (e.g black people should be slaves) then there should be intervention. But if it's just something that some might want to find offensive, that should be a matter between the players and the host. It is in the interest of FAF to remain as aloof as possible regarding ...ahem ... "cultural differences".
