Specifically telling players of the enemy movements is a grey area verging on black. The thing is, the delay between LR and actual game time is at least 60 seconds, and was implemented to counter "ghosting". I suspect this is larger due to the distortion effect that affects "real time" in FA due to lag (i.e 20mins game time != 20 mins real time except under the most ideal circumstances).
I'm guessing the OP is referring to Setons, which, sadly is a tad indicative of the levels some players of that crowd will sink to to grief each other.
When it comes to most maps in rotation or pretty much anything 10v10 and under, this type of ghosting becomes less effective given how 1 minute is a surprisingly long time in game time.
So given that it's not meant to be possible due to the inbuilt LR delay, and that it can only effect larger games of which only Setons is taken very seriously competitively, I'd call it poor sportsmanship. Nothing most players haven't already come to expect from that scene as it is.
