Experimental vet system is broken

so you do all this work to whittle down a experimental then suddenly 10%hp -> 90% hp with a new max health...
How is this even balanced?

Because when you reach max level, you stop levelling :) It will only happen a number of times.

Its annoying when you're the victim, but the same rules apply to benefit you too.

If I see an experimental comming to a bunch of T1 or even T2 units, I'll ctrl+k those suckers before I let the exp get veterancy.

Its not broken. Its fine, and something you have to be aware of and use to your advantage or just manage.

How do you justify 10% -> 90% health as balanced? "you should have just cntrl ked your base!" yes because that would have been a much better result.
As for the "you get the same benefit if you build one" if I added a unit to the game that instantly killed everyone I could use the same argument. Its broken and its fucking retarded he got 2 exps for the price of one.
btw he gained the rank because i tried to use a ton of mercy's to kill it there where more coming when he vetted, and even then my acu was nearby so I could have overcharged but noooooooooo he's back to slightly over the hp he fucking started with.

It's impossible for an expermental to go from 10% to 90% no matter how much vetting it does.

that's what I thought, they don't only gain max health they also get health back I cant think of any other reason.
ill watch the replay again to make sure.

checked again the last 2 levels of vet are just large hp restores, I didn't realise mercy gave so much damn vet 3ea + chunks of base.
I should have built more pd.
My bad vet system seems all right although the exp starts ranking up fast after the first rank.

I'm sorry but if you dont see and do something about an experimental before it gets to your base, you deserve everything you get.
I think in this case you are blaming a mechanic of the game where you should really analyse your skills.
