1. build a t1 factory (==master)
2. pause the factory
3. queue the t2 and t3 upgrade, set to infinite build, queue what you want to build.
4. build another factory (==slave) and queue t2 t3 upgrade, queue 1 t3 engi
5. select slave and shift assist master

what you get: you can cancel anything in the master (which is not building anything) without canceling any active production, slaves will always finish building what they took from the master queue
bonus: the t3 engi will be built instantly, without the usual 5 second pause.

its not a bug. just an interesting piece of game mechanics that i discovered lately in that it does not give an unfair advantage, but merely eases maintenance.
