bug unable to repair an upgrading mex

if u have a damaged mex upgrading u cannot repair it at the moment.
u have to wait until the upgrade is done. the repair costs are mutch higher then.

thats something that could be changed but not sure if it would be considered as a balance change:

mexes get their hp added and do not still have 100 hp when upgraded to t3

That's the kind of script I don't really want to touch until there is a big exploit, as it can potentially break other things and create exploits. (it's the same code for anything you upgrade)

did you try to pause and repair then?

if u use the repair order (not the assist order) on an upgrading (damaged) mex the engeneers
just do nothing. if u use the assist they assist the upgrade of the mex. this bug must be
somehow new. in past i often used that order to make my engeneers repair the mex
before the upgrade was finished and it worked fine.

not sure if i tried the pause thing. i didnt play very mutch since the patch.

The pause thing doesnt work as well, engies look like they want to repair (their status bar is the same as mex's hp bar) but nothing happens, unpausing the mex changes nothing. Also I noticed that when ACU is damaged units tend to repair it rather than assist building, I remember that it has always been this way but I think if you gave the assist order again engis/drones started assisting building not ACU repairs, now it doesnt work (Im not sure though). Anyway this should be changed since repairing ACU is a completely useless feature and should be turned off or at least reprioritized.

That wasn't changed and can't really be unless I want to break many other things.
Remember : Assisting an ACU is the exact same code as assisting a mex or a factory.
