Because it updates its files with the newer version or downloads a map or file you need to watch the replay but don't have installed.

I don't know why that file is detected as old all the time with the backward-compatibly. I have to investigate.

you're wrong ,i check the *.dll file, both before or after the download the *.dll was the same size, but it still downloading,and the Chinese internet was very bad when we were surfing the internet through the world wide web, it always failed to download, I hate this.
