So, yesterday I played a slightly stacked game (2x 1800s+ against 2x 1500s) and i was on the weaker side.
It was 1 on 1 acu combat and our health was going down, i tried to pull away which then he also did, but he managed to flood units my way before i realised and had time to get my units over to me to protect me.
Anyway, the case was his acu was less than 1k health and i had maybe 2k health
his units would easily have finished me off. Being a NO SHARE team game, and facing certain death, i felt it only right that I take him with me.
He wasn't happy saying i combombed him, lame etc, but in reality I think what I did was perfectly acceptable and my team mate went on to win the game thus losing this guy several points.
I dont ever set out to force draw, nor combomb or any tactic that involves sacrificing my acu trying to kill other guys units/commanders etc, unless i throw myself in the way of an expermental to get 2 OCs onto it so my team can live.
The point was I was CERTAINLY gonna die, his acu was right next to mine, all be it trying to run away with less than 1k health and my acu was firing on his acu anyway so it was only chance his tanks killed my acu before my acu killed his acu.
make sense?
