can't you connect with the lobby?
error on joining games?
do games crash?
no connection to other players?
blackscreen?

Creating 44 accounts and abusing the rating system with them (losing on purpose, ...). And continue after asking nicely to stop. (he was at 15 accounts when I've asked that).
