Replay Vault

Its a long running discussion in FAF, we really would like a replay vault. While we appricate the work that zep is doing, is there any reason that we cant use the replay system from fa-ladder until a new, possibly better system is introduced. All the tools are there already, mortiz has said we can have the code ( well, not really but Im sure he will let us ) but just need the go ahead from ZEP.

First time I stay in the forum, so I give me appreciate in here, too.
And for replay valut, that's right need at now. We really need the replay valut work, it was big things for a multi-players LAN games FA.
For most of ppl that didn't play by themself, they still like to check if there are good replays in today. And if someone want watch good player's replays, this can give them a reason to join FAF, give them a chance to improve byself but not lost like a ant in 1vs Good player rank at now.
And some times, when there are a really good 4vs 4 or 3vs 3 or rape dealthy games, ppl do upload to zippyshare for share this happy, why not a replay valut for this :P?

You can use any system you want to share replays. As far as I know, gamereplay is still up too :)

There is an immediate solution. The replay server from fa-ladder still works. We can use that.

The auto uploader ( well almost auto ) can be downloaded here :

It would be good to get a real AUTO uploader working. Thats all our problems solved until the official solution has been presented.

If someone can make a mod that does this, similar to the setup used for player track service, that would be great.

I should learn to code again :(

We are still working on a backend for replays, but first, a revamp of the lobby, installer and vault is planned.
